Went in roughly three weeks ago and they found out what the problem with my car was but there tech guy was leaving soon so they told me they'd call me the following day.. a week and a half went by with no call so I decided to call them. Nobody answered the phone and I left a voicemail. 3 more days had went by so I decided to just go there and see what the problem was. I was informed that the guy who helped me was not in and that they were going to "make sure" that he called me the following day. It has now been another 3 days. It's going on 3 weeks from when I first came in. How can anyone run a business where they don't speak to your customers??!!

I went for a recall on my 2013 Pro-4X. I called ahead for an appointment. When I arrived at the service garage door, they opened it right up and has me pull in. Someone waved me over to a counter and asked me a few questions. One of the techs hopped in my vehicle and took it to the service area to perform the recall work. It was done within 30 minutes. The tech brought my truck back, I thanked them, and left. Super smooth and easy. I will go back if I need work done.
Vehicle broke down and we were barely able get it into the lot. The car was smoking and leaking fluid. The guy at the service department was very nice and helpful.
