Friendly staff, nice facility, good service. Problem is you can't get an appointment without planning weeks ahead. When you drive 200 miles a day you can't wait two weeks for an oil change. I'll take my service work elsewhere.
I’ve now called three times. 2012 outback blown head gasket. Traveling through from family during Christmas. Tried to get it towed there. No help. Service department was closed and said I’d have to call back the next day. Called back and the service manager is out to lunch. Said they probably didn’t have parts anyway but i could call back after lunch.
