We have had a great experience with sales team and would definitely recommend them. However, after 3 tries with the service department, all of which were bad, I don't recommend them. 2 of them were only supposed to be 1 but they were not prepared for a planned in advance recall appointment so I had to bring it in again. All experiences have included multiple staff members acting inconvenienced and annoyed at my being there for my appointments.
I haven't purchased a vehicle here yet, but so far it's been all good experiences with service or purchasing parts to install myself.
I recently purchased a new car from here and the experience was perfect! The car I had found was not located in Dubuque, nonetheless they had it here within 24 hours of me requesting to see it. It was nice to walk in to a dealership and NOT have the salesman try to sell me everything they had to offer. He simply understood we knew what we wanted and were looking for. Then when signing our paperwork they understood that we already had purchased our warranty elsewhere and again did not try to convince us to buy their products. Was a great experience and my boyfriend and myself were very happy with this experience!!! Thank you Chris L. for making it perfect!
Overall great customer service! Buying a car can be stressful and these guys made me feel at ease. No pushy sales pitches. Just great overall service. I was very impressed with everyone I spoke with. I would definitely recommend buying a car from here.
My experiences with the parts department have always been positive and painless. Any interactions I've had with the sales staff has depicted them a great group of people that enjoy what they do!
