I bought a service plan and an additional warranty that covers: Tire & Wheel Protection, Alloy Wheel Cosmetic Repair, Paintless Dent Repair, Windshield Repiar, and Key Protection.
I do NOT recommend ever buying a vehicle through Turpin or using their service department.
Second incident, I had a tire valve break and had to have the tire pressure sensor replaced because of that. I was once again charged for that repair even though they have my warranty on file (it was bought through Turpin). I was given a bill that I have not paid, and I was also mailed a bill for it recently, which I will not be paying as I have coverage.
I was working with Bobby Meyer, let me tell you he is a AMAZING sales man! Helped me find what I was looking for in no time negotiated payments to what I was looking to pay every month! If you are looking for a vehicle please speak with him, he will not let you down under any circumstances! By far the best dealership I have came across.
First issue was when I had my husband take my van in to have the oil changed. They charged him for the oil change even though it was already paid for when I paid for the service plan. I contacted the dealership and it took awhile, but they eventually got back to me. I received a phone call from Adam, stating that he will figure out how the dealership would like to reimburse me and that he made a note on my file stating that I have a service plan. I never received any form of contact since then, and I never got my refund.
The staff are very friendly and very courteous to customers. They are very understanding and work with me to get the issues addressed for my minivan. I will continue to go there to get my repairs done.
Worked with Bobby Meyer and he was great. I told him what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for - if not better than what I was looking for. Everyone that I met there was super friendly. I would definitely buy another vehicle through them again.
This dealership is absolutely ridiculous just because someone doesn't do regular service with you doesn't mean you push their car to the end of the line you take customer vehicles as they come in the order they come how do you expect to get a new regular customer when a new person comes in you won't even treat them right I will make sure to tell everyone to never come here. Horrible absolutely horrible service.
