Phenomenal service!
My fiancee and I went in to exchange her IPhone 8 after only having for a week. The simple card reader apparently has a defect in the hardware. We were forced to deal with a man named Bobby Doyle that was, in general, one of the most ignorant individuals I've ever met. The interaction started with him asking my fiancee about her Boston accent and then him saying he was going to get one of the salesman at the corporate store fired. All in all, we spent two hours with him calling his manager and co-workers to exchange her IPhone. He also tried to tell us there was something wrong with her plan when he screwed up the exchange and the new phone wouldn't initially work. I called the next day and the manager Ben did remedy the situation by giving us a credit on our account. At least someone around there knows what they're doing.
