They were very thorough, granted we're switching our business plan over and first time getting DirectTV. The offers seem to be good, but I haven't gone through the 'fine letters'.
Travis was awesome! I came in and got the iPhone 7 plus and he was extremely helpful. He told me everything I needed to know plus more. He went through a couple different options with me to see which plan I'd like best. After a few weeks I got a bill that seemed a little off from what I thought I was going to be paying but Travis explained everything and answered all my questions and I now know why it was the way it was. He is very polite and professional!
