I went in to look at and price laptops. The sales man to me to look at Best Buy or Wal-Mart. Not very good idea to direct your customers to other stores...needless to say I will go to another store if the employees don't want want the sales.
I waited 24 hours for simple address labels to be printed for an event. Show up 30 minutes prior to the end of 24 hours AND they haven't even been started. Between Staples and CopyWorks, there's a bunch of morons working here!
Quick to help and the store has everything I need to run my business. Special thanks to the manager (Rob) for helping me find exactly what I was looking for!
Just had a wonderful experience at staples not only was the assistant manager (Theresa) wonderful and extremely helpful to me. I witnessed her give praise back to an employee for a job well done.
