Who gives a one star review to an entire store based on a third party product that they are probably not smart enough to install on their own?
Great service. Called about a battery I wanted to buy. they didn't stock that one so upgraded me. Great customer service. Will definately use again
They replaced the front and back glass for my 2 MONTHS USED Galaxy s7.Told me $203 and some change over the phone,my only problem?BUSTED GLASS,the phone functioned fine.Told me I couldn't replace only the front screen,I was strapped for cash :( Charged me 230 plus tax after I refused their "screen protector" for $30 and told me I was getting a "really good deal."Phone looked good but after about a week the back glass started lifting off! I very gently tried pushing it back on,cheap glass broke right under my finger.My sim card keeps locking because it has grooves from it being either slid in and out or from when they put the phone back together.I had never even seen the sim card or knew how to take it out until a Sprint tech told me how to remove it. Troubleshoot it. Now my back screen is broken and phone only works on Wi-Fi due to their tampering with my sim card.
Fabulous customer service and repair of my phone! The entire team went above and beyond- and I'm sorry I don't know everyone's name, but Jonas in particular really was determined to repair my phone and make it work and despite it fighting him all the way he persevered and got it done! I really appreciate the great service, in a very timely fashion, with great communication and at an unbelievably low price for great value! Thank you!
Highly recommend! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Came in with an older phone that wouldn’t turn on. Didn’t know if a new battery would fix the phone but the employee took the time to take the phone apart and try a battery before I bought it. Very much appreciated! They all made my day!
