Inexperienced and unknowledgeable staff. Poor quality merchandise
No velcro strap running shoes or complimentary popcorn
Looking at bicycles and we couldn't find anyone to help us. Finally found something on our own and brought it to the counter but only to find check out staff standing around talking. I had to get their attention so they would run us through the checkout. One did run the check out while other customers stood behind me waiting. Obviously there was no management in the store today.
Great service today and good sales.
Overpriced, sub-par customer service. Plus Dick's Sporting Goods does not support LGBT rights, as they have a low score on the Equality Index. Not going back in there ever again
