Old, dirty trailers. Roads suck. High lot rent.
Terrible place to rent. Couldn't even re-sell my trailer properly because of their application and selection process.

I use to live there,they had a good management, low lot rent with water and garbage included, I know people who live there now, lot rent is outrageous and changes every month. The manager is terrible. It's the highest lot rent in Dubuque and surrounding areas,probably the reason you see so many empty lots,people are pulling their mobile homes out.
