Me and my fiancé actually just purchased a place here. The buying process went quick and easy. They are very helpful through it. I’ve asked a lot of questions and all have been answered politely and quickly. Never any attitude from them. Yeah there is a lot of rules and regulations but we are fine with that. They made a very nice neighborhood safe and affordable and I hope they keep it like this since we will be living here for a long time. Thumbs up from us so far.
Nice place. Newer mobile homes around $30k or more usually. Decent lot rent prices.
The trailer is very nice. It is clean there.
Beautiful a little silly that each house has a tree in front but I think they're going for that Stepford look. Place has a ton of rules, which can be good or bad.
