Marley was our server and she was quite good at her job. When we told her the spin dip was very pasty and bland and we didn't want it she took it away no problem. Then the manager came over and checked on us, and comped the app from our bill. The pasta was great and we will return.
Our waitress Marley was outstanding, infomative, personable and we'll spoken. She was extremely attentive The food is good and the atmosphere is nice. Did not like how everyone that was not busy working was congregated around the hostess station or sitting in the waiting area on their smart phone. It would have been a nice touch to greet / thank or even hold the door/s for the guests leaving or entering. Even Red Robin does that.
Very busy the night we went. They offered half price drinks while we waited. We went in bar to wait, table was available in there so we ate there. Had the salad, bread sticks, and soup... Always a good choice at the Olive garden.
Always a pleasure to go there. Great waiters. No wait. Wonderful food. Clean. Relaxed.
Ate here May 2017 when in the area for a wedding. It took "forever" to get our food. Don't know what was wrong but they apologized and gave us the meal for free. Now that's good customer service. And the meal was good also, better than what is usually at the Coralville Olive Garden.
