Have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. EPIC FAIL! Order chips and queso and takes 20 minutes to get some damn hot cheese and some chips?
Not bad. The wings were the best I've had from here in over a year. I'm not sure if they have a new supplier, but this place is showing improvement. Everything is still a little pricey.
When it comes to food I'm easy to please, lol. The chicken wings were hot, fresh, and came pretty quick for how busy it was. Our server was attentive and we never really had to wait too long for anything.
Wings have been small and dried out both times.
Our appetizer was cold when it came. And we waited for 45 min or more to get our food after we ordered it. Waitress did not come back to even check our drinks in that time.
service is always hit or miss, as is the food. They do get you in very quickly though even if they are busy. Ordering ahead for carry out doesn't always save you time. I've ordered carryout and arrived to pickup only to have to wait another 20 minutes for them to get the order together. Chris, the lady that usually takes our carryout order over the phone is genuinely nice though!
I will NOT be back....EVER!
