They are very helpful with any questions or concerns. I've called a could times asking for them to email or fax me my information and the do it for me within minutes.

Then, when an adjuster (initially) couldn't get here for several weeks, another message to O'Connor- English resulted in a much better timeline for beginning repairs and the adjuster who assisted us was wonderful.
