Terrible experience overall!
The worker there yelled in my face the whole time!! She was rude and won't explain what's between monthly and half-yearly payment. Not until we paid half year she told us the insurance will renew half way and basically we just paid extra without knowing how much money will be returned because I asked her and she won't tell us!!! She was mean and judgemental because we are Asian and first generation in the country!! We felt mistreated by her cold and rude sounding attitutue! I was really angry how she treated us!! We are the customers, we don't deserve to be mistreated because we are first generation American!!! People like her should get fired, give job to someone appreciate it!!
