Found all. The staff very helpful and willing to help find everything I wanted. Dubuque has a great store and great managers leading the staff.

Willie in the plumbing department is a rockstar. I work in customer service relations myself and the service provided by Willie and the other staff members turned a nearly ruined Christmas present into a bigger and better experience and I could have thought. I purchased an entertainment center with a Built-in electronic fireplace 2 weeks before Christmas and a week later when I went to pick it up I was told that my item is no longer available and had been sold, even though I had already paid for it. I was offered an exchange for an item that was bigger and better than what I was going to originally purchase, I accepted the offer and couldn't be happier.
Great place for just about any project. From hardcore construction projects to general clean up they have everything you need. The store is always clean and well organized and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
