Went to the flooring department and paid to get an estimate. The staff could not give a price on carpet removal till the guy came to my house to measure for new hardwood floors. Lee came and measured very rude. Asked the price for carpet removal and was told by him that he doesn't do anything with prices. Had to wait 2 days for a call back. Finally was told how much to remove old carpet and was told the sales person in the store could have told me the price for removal. Then I was charged for a lead test and Lee never bothered to test anything. Talked to Don at the store and was not going to get refunded for a lead test that was never conducted. Bad communication and unfriendly.
Had a problem with a range we just bought 3 days ago and Vicky in the appliance department went above and beyond taking care of the issue way above what I was expecting. They have a new customer for life!
I visited this store several times in August, and have been meaning to write a review about how helpful the staff were...especially Mike in the plumbing department...He ROCKED and I got a the shower plumbing I needed to finish my new and beautifully remodeled bathroom thanks to his help!!!
Kevin in the flooring department was great! Explained everything and was even nice to my son. Very happy with this visit and that's why we will be getting all of our flooring from Lowe's. Thanks again Kevin.
Great selection of home improvement products, appliances, tools, and just about anything else you can think of. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The really nice thing about this place is people are always asking if they can help you. If you're a novice then I'd definitely recommend it. They really do a good job of keeping this place clean and organized too.
