Stores should be evaluating what the customer wants, not just supplying the cheapest goods available through foreign countries.
It is what it is. Pretty much everyone has been too Walmart, it's the same thing. Except they got new motor carts for people who are injured or too fat to walk around the store.
Spool busy, went wrong tome of year, lol. I went 4 the exta large value packs of Kleenex or puffs and they where out AGAIN. They were only stocked one of the last five times I was there. But considering the crowd and how busy it was, the store was in great shape and got to the line pretty darn quick.
Your self serve area has some staffed to help but no one to help run for price checks had to ask the staff to watch my purse while I ran to get different item or would have waited 20 min to have price check that's how long it takes to get price check it crazy. I just got use to using that area cause I think it faster.
I was there... but not finding common place items I wanted.
I am not particularly against Walmart. It's a convenient place to find pretty much anything I need in one store. But there's never enough employees. I just called the Dubuque store because my husband thought he lost his set of keys there, and the operator transferred me to the customer service desk. It rang and rang and rang until someone answered. Only it wasn't a customer service desk person, it was the operator. Apparently, if no one answers, it's rerouted to the operator. So the operator tried, again. Rang and rang and rang. No one ever answered. Finally, the call just ended without me ever speaking to someone other than the operator. There's never anyone at the electronics department counter. If you ever have a question about one of the electronics or want a video game out of the glass cases, be prepared to spend some time hunting an associate down with keys. Always short on how many checkout lanes are open, too. Why have 20 some checkout lanes and only two open? It makes no sense to me. But I guess that's why I always use the self checkout lanes.
