I wanted to pay on my sister's account, I had her check. She was In the hospital. It took at least 30 minutes to do it because I was not her. I had her ss# and her account# and DOB. Eventually I did get the payment made.
It is always work checking out coupons. One cashier in particular is excellent at getting you deals, it's a nice blonde gal, some of the other workers however are just doing their job. Love the clearance section too, there's always an overabundance of selection.
Kohl's always has a good selection from shoes to more business and formal wear. The only problem that I ever have is that there never seems to be enough service in the Departments. Whenever I go in early in the morning I still find areas that are a complete mess from the previous day's business. I'm an early morning person so typically I will go in towards store open. Frontline checkouts have always been staffed by friendly people. If it was not for the Departments that were left a mess I would most definitely rate a four-star.

Always friendly staff, surprisingly quick service for the week before Christmas, and still plenty of stock on all of the items that we looked at!
