I rode in with a group of 6 bikes from Des Moines. Courtney and the staff were amazing! Her product knowledge and customer service was outstanding! I will definitely make the trip to Dubuque when I upgrade to my next Harley!
Was asked by three different sales people in the first five minutes on arrival if I needed help and I said I was just looking. Five minutes later one sales person followed me around talking to me the intire time until I decided to leave. I just wanted to look by myself! Really!
I live in Wisconsin and went there to buy my new bike. Very glad I did. The entire staff is very friendly and down to earth, all with a great sense of humor and pride in their work and employer. I would (and do) recommend them to everyone interested in a bike.
