Wait times and service is awful. Tried twice and won’t go back. Both times left and realized they messed up the order and the last trip they didn’t even put in one of the sandwiches. It's a shame because the sandwiches are very good, when they get it right.
I’ve only gone three times and my order has been wrong three times. I think I’m just unlucky, when I go back they fix it right away with no hassle! Generally friendly staff and okay prices. I know I’ll be back because the drinks are just too tasty!
Great coffee and the food is good too. A little pricey though so it does limit my visits.
Each time I come to this establishment I am disappointed with my coffee. I am a coffee enthusiast and barista at a local coffee shop, and know bad quality ingredients when I taste it. Their syrups are cheap quality and overly sweet. As well as the Cold Brew press is watered down and a waste of money. Is there even caffeine let alone coffee in them? I have to wonder. I gave them slack for being new, but this is beyond a bad management problem. This is not caring for what you serve your customer, and even worse not caring what goes into their bodies and minds. Have yet to find a good experience here.... I do NOT recommend if you love coffee.
