We have been taking our pets to Colonial Terrace Animal Hospital for the last 10 years and couldn't be happier. The staff is always wonderful to work with from the friendly front staff, vet techs and the physicians. We've had the opportunity to work with most of the staff and have never experienced anything other than a positive outcome. Staff always take time to answer questions and our dogs actually love going to their appointments! The new online scheduling is very convenient and easy to use. This is very helpful when you're working full-time during the day and need to schedule, it's very easy to navigate and you receive confirmation of the appointment and reminders. We've been to other animal hospitals in town, but this is by far the best facility and staff for our dog.
We’ve been clients of Colonial Terrace for a long time so I can honestly say they all genuinely care about your pets. From the time we arrive we see smiles and are always felt welcome there. All of the vets we’ve met are great and thorough with the care of our pets. Dr Mcleary and Dr McClain stand out the most to us due to their knowledge and compassion. Excellent animal care from the first time I stepped foot in their door.
I've taken several "generations" of animals to Colonial Terrace, from a puppy's first appointment to their last day, and I've always been exceptionally pleased with the the skilled and compassionate care that we have received. The vets and technicians are like family; they know us by name and when our companions are hurting and we hurt in return, their empathy and kindness sees us through. I can't recommend Colonial Terrace enough.
I LOVE this place. They are so wonderful with my dog. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. I've moved several times and Colonial Terrace is by far the best vet I've ever been to.
I’m new to Dubuque needing a good vet clinic for my big lab. Colonial Terrace has very kind and friendly staff. The veterinarians are outstanding, knowledge, professional and true animal lovers. Their prices are reasonable and the clinic neat and clean. I highly recommend them!
