I've gone here twice and had excellent help from Jeremy. He had great knowledge and was prompt and got us in and out quickly. I suggest getting there right after they open for low wait time.

After a 20 minute wait all the help he could offer was to get me the number for Motorola. Either need more workers during busy times or better info on the website so I didn't have to waste my time.
Verizon wireless via online and 611 are my favorite places for awesome customer service! This location is an independent store, in my opinion THEY ARE ALL ABOUT SALES!! If you want the true Verizon customer experience, call 611 from your Verizon phone or go online. Even Best Buy will give you better deals. I've been to this location many times over the years & always disappointing. The people are nice, for sure, but their bottom line hangs over them and it will come through in the end. Unless you want to pay more and know less, go elsewhere! Customer since 2002.
