All in all ranks right up with some of the best Asian food I have had in a very long time
Excellent flavor, loved the old look. Authentic, reasonably priced and delicious.
Twice cooked pork- great flavor, perfectly portions of pork and cabbage
Appatizer platter- tasty treat, only complaint, the pot stickers needed seared a little more
Hot and sour soup- amazing. Best soup I have ever had, little pieces of pork and shrimp sent it over the top
I prefer the restaurants I eat at to not smell like cat pee.

This is a small Chinese restaurant located in downtown Dubuque. Dine in, take out, and delivery. Most menu items are good. I have had a few a bit dry, but the house fried rice is excellent. The hot mustard is pretty strong, the chili paste adds great flavor and a bit of heat. Both are on the table in a serving tray. I also got hot green tea on arrival. It seems old and seedy, but the food ain't bad and the service was good.
Don't bother! I called for delivery for my family. The first time someone answered they put me into thei voicemail that said leave a phone number and they'd call. They didn't so I called back. This time the lady asked if I could wait, I said yes. She put the phone down and for the next 10 minutes I listened to a few conversations as people paid for their food, her laughing with the kitchen staff and several moments of silence where clearly someone could have taken my order. I finally gave up and spent my money else where
