This location is so unreliable. I continue to give them chances because it is closer to where I live and work but I am so furious. The only thing I can say is consistent about this location is how appalling service is. My order is wrong three out of five times, the staff are constantly rude (only two exceptions in two years). Today I went through with my partner who just got home from the doctor with a slipped disk. We were not looking for a culinary masterpiece, just something quick so we could get him home and laying down. We sat in the drive-thru for fifteen minutes waiting and then we received cold food, not a thing seemed to be the reason we waited so long. We were missing part of our order, received food we did not order, and when we called to let them know, we were hung up on. I bite my tongue often because I know to error is human, forgive divine, but I am through with that. I would rather drive all over the next three cities looking for food than come here ever again. Besides, they never keep the hours posted. I have come by two hours before they close and they refuse service.
The customer service skills are totally lackluster. The gentleman I spoke to in the drive thru was very pushy on completing the order. I was there right before close. Probably won't go back. However, they did get my order correct that's why they received two stars.
Sat in their dining room and watched them lock their doors early and stop serving in the dinning room an hour and a half early because they were "short staffed" when they had five or six people working. There was also a couple waiting at least 20 minutes to get helped and then they messed up their order.
Came to wendys today.great food! line was very long took 20 minutes to get to cashregester to order but was defiantly worth the wait
The 4 for $4 is a great deal. I get it on days I don't make lunch from home when I work. Good deal for a burger, chicken nuggets, fries and a drink!
