Worst I've ever dealt with. Couldn't even fix simple things the correct way. I would never recommend locators to anyone not even my worst enemy.
Julie is a nightmare. She is completely rude. We have been trying get in touch with our landlord for over a week. Our toilets and sinks are all backed up. We have called several times and Julie refuses to help us. This is completely unacceptable and I'm pretty sure illegal to force us to live in these conditions.
Do not rent from them! They are completely unorganized. They will request an extra deposit on top of the traditional one month deposit, that you will not get back, but you should anticipate getting nothing back of your deposit because you won't. They will make up arbitrary rules and threaten you with legal action, which in our case was not mowing the lawn which at most was a few days late. It will take them months to fix anything; took 2 months to get the air conditioner fixed in the middle of summer. Also the property itself was horrible, it had a foundation leak which then caused black mold which we emailed them about, but if you haven't figured out, that was pointless. Our property was on fox drive.
Made decisions based on Credit reports. Tried to take my deposit when i chose not to sign their lease. Ethics were questionable. Advise against.
Horrible place to live don't rent from these ppl they will screw you over big time have to go to court just to get your security deposit back aside from them lieing about how the place was left when you move out
