If I could give this place a negative 100 I would the worst experience the food was terrible. Waited well over an hour and a half for our pizza. Forgot half our order. Had to refill our own drinks. My opinion they should shut the place down.
Now time to write to corporate.
Staff is friendly and the bathrooms are clean! Also, your food is brought out to you quickly.
This location, (Dubuque, 320E 20th st.) was awesome! Friendly staff, awesome service, an they even had a salad bar! (Not to many of those exist anymore) pizza and bread stick were the freshest I have ever eaten! They definitely made my night! Highly recommended!!!!
Ate lunch buffet here pizza fresh but when sorta busy the buffet is slim to none left
Ordered the box and dough wasnt cooked all the way and pork sausage tasted horrendous. When i called to have them make a different one with thin crust and beef sausage the store manager named Amber was more then rude and tryed putting the blame on the customer. She explained that it took me 2 hours to pick up the pizza when i litarally ordered it from there parking lot. Wouldnt recommend my worse enemy to eat there especially with Amber being the manager of the establishment.
