Randy is fantastic, but my problem remains unresolved despite his best efforts. Too many differing amounts of what I owe from too many different offices!
Just didn't seem to really want to help. Review was the worst. Man seemed not to care wasn't professional at all in my own opinion. I don't understand why they have this "program" if they don't want to help.
