I was in Dubuque, heading for an interview. Turned out that on the morning of my interview, I had forgotten my tie in VA. I went out looking for a store to buy a tie at around 8:00 am. I brought a tux in for a wedding a few weeks ago, just to get pressed. Unfortunately, they were not careful enough to pay attention to a button inside the jacket, apparently instead just quickly pressing the jacket without thought. Now, on the outside of the jacket is a clear, if subtle, burn mark parallel with the button. I brought the jacket to my local dry cleaner hoping it could be salvaged, but it cannot.
