Terrible customer service. Will not be going back and will be telling everyone about our experience.
Was hung up on. Was told by GE to call.
Vert poor service by repairman at this company. 2 hours late, no call, when they finally found him he said he was on his way, one hour later, no show. When I finally reached him again, he said, "We're busy, deal with with it." I'd rather not deal with it, so I cancelled and went somewhere else. Management needs to grab a hold of this guy before he ruins their business.
It's a REAL reasonable place to buy appliances
Terrible experience. After building a new home, we bought all of our new appliances there. Both our refrigerator and washing machine have broke within the first year, at around the same time. A repair person came, looked for about 3 minutes and said both needed new parts. That was well over 2 months ago. After several calls to locate the parts, we've been told multiple times they had no record of us needing parts. We we're then told another time that they had one part but the other part was on back order and the most recent time we were in contact, told they us the have no parts and no way to track them????
