I have taken my daughter there 3 times in the last 2 and a half months for the same lingering cold. 1st they say it's bronchitis but it wasn't, then they said upper respiratory infection and tell me to get her over the counter medication. Then the last time they didn't say anything just to give her over the counter medication w pseudo ephedrine and still no improvement. If she's still got the same congestion and sinus pressure along with trouble breathing for over 2 months obviously she needs something more than over the counter medication that I've already been giving her. I feel that if I didn't have low income insurance that she'd get better care and attention but they don't even seem to try. Just do the bare minimum because of my bogus government insurance coverage
We have been there multiple times for varying array of problems when our primary doctor couldn't get us in immediately and we have had nothing but positive experiences each time.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than an hour.
As far as the Doctor that saw me, worst experience ever. Not sure how she has job. The staff was very nice so this rating is for the Doctor.
