This is my go-to florists whenever I send flowers to my Mom at work in Dubuque. They are AMAZING!
Flowers were nice but they wait for the last minute to deliver. Not a great experience
Living in North Carolina, it's hard to get things ordered and sent in a timely manner. Through Flowers on Main, I order everything online and pick the delivery date and that's it. I've used them several times already and never once been let down with what they deliver to my Mom.
I tried to order a bouquet on their website last night and after I put in all of my personal information, I got an error message saying it didn't go through. I called this morning and they were very friendly and helpful. Keith helped me order a bouquet over the phone to send to my brother and sister-in-law for their anniversary. He explained their policies and hand wrote the card from me. A great touch, since I sent them all the way from Indiana! My sister-in-law sent me a picture of them and they didn't look very much like the picture of the bouquet I wanted on their website, but other than that, this was a lovely way to send flowers from another state.

I sent some flowers to a friend and they were delivered within a couple of hours and were beautiful. The quality of product and speed at which my order was filled is outstanding. The only part of the experience that was disappointing is prior to delivering the flowers they called to see if she would be at home to receive them. When I send someone flowers as a surprise I want it to be a surprise!
