Terrible customer service both at the store and online. The personnel made no effort to help and calling did no good either. With stores like The Gap and Old Navy and Boden etc. That have fantastic customer service and good return policies plus quality clothing I can't understand why anyone would shop at American Eagle. I certainly won't again.
