Approached Steve at Q Sports Bar, mentioned I had a ticket for free meal but had only 20 minutes to order and eat as was on break.
The bright spot was the head of security, Shawn, he was very instrumental in helping us find my husbands wallet. 2 thumbs up for your security crew!
Steve was SUPER polite/professional; said he thought it could be done.
It's very nice and bright. Updated. Food is good, new slots. To bad they don't pay out. Just left there tonight. Lost $500. In one hour. No hits ,no bonus. Terrible. This has happened the past 5 times there. I need a break. Stop giving stupid pots and pans, mass giveaways. It doesn't equal my losses.
The casino is small and doesn't offer video Roulette unfortunatly, that's all I play, so it wasn't what I was looking for.

Casino was nice. Very clean. Small, decent variety of machines, but not much variety as far as table games. Was there for a concert, and that was a joke. Just cordoned of a section of parking lot for it. No seating unless you paid for VIP. Food was ok, but again, not much variety. Alcohol was decently priced as far as concerts go, but getting what you actually ordered was another question altogether. Not very experienced bartenders/waitstaff at concert.
I have played poker here for the past 12 years. It has changed names several times but the staff in the poker room is the same. They always remember my name and engage in great talk.
In a to go box just in-case.
Steve and the cook(s) deserve acknowledgment of job VERY well done.
Also came with fries and some red sauce - also excellent.
