Very pricey and they sell you the most expensive wash. Didn't think I'd pay 52.00 for a car wash.
I purchased 35 bucks for detail washing and they broke my door button. Can you find any bad ass than that???
Went here on someones recommendation and I should have just paid for the quick wash. But the salesman talked me into getting the better wash and get the inside cleaned and I figured why not. So after waiting 2 hours I got my car and there was a lot of stuff missed inside. It looked like it was barley vacuumed, the dash wasn't wiped down well, and there was like waxy clumps on my windows. One positive thing was the outside of the car looked great besides the spots all over the windows that I had to clean later.
Long time Miracle gold card customer switched several vehicles to monthly plan at Pro Clean (annually savings would be over $100 per vehicle for full service washes). After several months w Pro Clean it was an easy decision to go back to Miracle - clearly u get what you pay for. While there were a couple of team members we connected w that went above and beyond to provide a quality wash, in general we observed the team members were preoccupied with what they vocalized as not enough staff. Washes were disjointed- rarely complete (rims not wiped, window spray not wiped off windows (or windows not washed at all), oily clothes used on windows leaving a greasy film on windows, floor mats soaking wet when put back in car, scratches on rear of vehicle from vacuum hose, excessively long waits when few cars in line (30 minutes in/out at 8am with 3 cars in the wash)). Spoke to manager(s) several time, wanting this to work out- some related and assured us they were working on consistency and quality, and offered to buff scratches out and a super wash to get black off carpet from wet floor mats. We chose not to take the offer, not confident in what outcome would be. On one occasion, I asked team member to blow water off mats, which he said no problem.. he was reprimanded by a manager for taking too much time on them- so they went back in car dripping wet. I resorted to asking them to not do anything in hatch d/t scratches on car from vacuum hose when it wrapped the car- my requests often disregarded as not relayed to team members working on my cars. It became a painful experience at Pro Clean... glad to be back at Miracle where team members focus on a quality wash and great customer service.
I think out of the choices in Dubuque this place is the best... unfortunately their competition isn't very great since Miracle is king of the phantom scratches. The wait is pretty bad usually regardless, but the service itself isn't bad, and they also can usually get you in for a detail without a scheduled apt, which is nice. My only complaint is that you need to protect any electronics on the dash because they don't pay much attention and will often times hose down your buttons causing issues from moisture. good place for a quick wash, but don't go there expecting the best detail of your life.
