They get you in and out in a hurry. The GM of the Dubuque location has crazy over the top customer service skills. I once left a jar of local sourced honey (no labels, no markings it was honey just a mason jar with some yellow stuff in it) in my back seat of a rental. My wife asked about it a week after I dropped off my rental. I went to Enterprise and they had the jar locked up in Lost in Found. Be polite and they usually upgrade your rental if they have one in stock.
Austin is absolutly amazing and he alone gets 10 stars...Took care of me when he could... The only reason for 1 star rating is because I spent hours on phone trying to get someone... Anyone to talk to... Must have been disconnected 35 times... Lost keys and another girl there wouldnt give me time of day... It all worked out in finding the keys but was extremely disappointed in how unprofessional she was... If not for Austin ... Would pry not come back.... The other reason for 1 star is because dubuque only has 2 people working there... I get they are busy and not empoyee fault... Comes down to management.
Great and very nice people, great service, car was in a good shape. They are not in the airport but they do pick up and give rides to their customers..Will certainly use their service again if I go back to Dubuque.
Needed a car for a couple of days and the people at Enterprise in Dubuque were really great. I rented a economy car that was clean, ran perfect and truly helped my needs and situation.
I have always had a great experience with Enterprise. They are always courteous and respectful and if you need a ride they go out of their way to make sure you get picked up and dropped off if needed. A great group of people that work at the Dubuque Enterprise for sure.
