Love.....love Einstein Bagel. I was so excited to see it open in Dabuque. I moved to the area two years ago from the Chicago of which I was a frequent customer at the EB there.
Hard to find because it is in a campus building. Typical Einstein's, in a new building.
I love Einstein Brothers Blueberry bagel with a maple syrup flavored cream cheese shmear. I go to Einstein all the time in Clive, Iowa. . When I visited Dubuque, I learned there was an Einsteins Bagels in the Welcome Center at Loras College. I went there on a Saturday morning for my daily bagel and coffee. I loved it. I highly recommend it. The prices are competitive. The parking is free. It is in the Welcome Center. It is just up West up the hill on Loras Avenue from the Port of Dubuque.
While a student, the staff was nice. But continuing to do business here after graduation got me some snooty looks.
Bagel sandwiches and bagels and cream cheese and coffee and stuff are all pretty good
