We came as a large family to spend 3 days at the waterpark and stay in the hotel. The waterpark was great for all ages, we were able to get a late check-out time, and we were able to get four rooms next to one another. We had a great experience! My only complaint is that there was not complimentary breakfast.
I just stayed there for a wedding this past weekend. Not only was the hotel conveniently located, but the staff was incredible and so accommodating. I had lost my phone and both Robin Markus and Brenda Meyer looked not only on the inside of the building for me, but looked outside and around as well. I've never had hotel employees be so wonderful and treat me as if they knew me personally. Staff like that is always appreciated in my eyes. Rooms were cozy and comfortable. Will definitely be staying there again in the future.
Location very central for our famt Christmas. Gave us good deal on multiple rooms and we rented a party room and they were most gracious supplying us with a TV, ice, ice boat, chalk board, and many extras. They were very helpful seeing to our needs.
I've stayed there several times in the past it was very clean every time, it's a nice place. Reading the negative reviews, they don't seem just. Looking under the beds and behind TV for garbage - kids running around - those don't seem a just reason to give poor reviews to a hotel. It is a very clean place when I went there and yes it's a water park kids are there. Bad parenting is not the hotels fault and most the time under the beds, behind TVs, under cabinets, behind frigs & etc.. , are not the cleanest places. I was a household mover for several years even the super cleanest people don't clean those areas to much, relax people your not sleeping under the bed.
Was here for a wedding and night stay. The event center was beautiful and food was great. This facility was a great location. The hotel was decent. The rooms are just in need of updating. Breakfast buffet was much worth the $7.
